
Elementary Admissions
For New Families.



Admission Priorities: Admission to St. John the Baptist Catholic School will be on a space-available basis according to the following priorities:

Currently enrolled students and their siblings. Families must be in good standing which includes but is not limited to fulfillment of financial obligations and consistent regular attendance.

Members of St. John the Baptist Parish in good standing which includes but is not limited to participating in the liturgical life of the parish and contribution regularly to the weekly collection.
-
Catholics from other parishes who are in good standing with their home parish.

Non-Catholics who children come with a recommendation from their school principal

Kindergarten admission: Student must be age 5 by August 31st. Please print and fill out the application packet found above and turn it into the School Office along with:

non-refundable $100 registration fee (per child, with a maximum $200 registration fee per family)

$500 new family tuition deposit.

New Students Grades 1-6 must provide the following documents along with the completed application packet:

Copy of the last 2 report cards (this year’s and last year’s)
-
Copy of your child’s latest Standardized Test Scores
-
non-refundable $100 registration fee (per child, with a maximum $200 registration fee per family)

$500 new family tuition deposit.

Once accepted (K-6), the following materials are required prior to the start of the school year:

Copy of Birth Certificate
-
Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

Copy of Immunization Records/Health Inventory Forms (included in the application packet)
