Elementary Admissions

For NEW FAMILIES, Grades K-6

(Returning Families, please call the School Office.)

Admission Priorities: Admission to St. John the Baptist Catholic School will be on a space-available basis according to the following priorities: 

  1. Currently enrolled students and their siblings. Families must be in good standing which includes but is not limited to fulfillment of financial obligations and consistent regular attendance. 

  2. Members of St. John the Baptist Parish in good standing which includes but is not limited to participating in the liturgical life of the parish and contribution regularly to the weekly collection. 

  3. Catholics from other parishes who are in good standing with their home parish.

  4. Non-Catholics who children come with a recommendation from their school principal

KINDERGARTEN ADMISSION

Student must be age 5 by August 31st. Please call the School Office for Kindergarten registration information and an application packet. The following fees will apply:

  • non-refundable $100 registration fee (per child, with a maximum $200 registration fee per family)

  • $500 new family tuition deposit.​

NEW STUDENTS GRADE 1-6

Please fill out the "Gr. 1-6 Admission Application" (link at the top of this page). Families must also provide the following documents along with the completed Admission Application along with:

  • Copy of your child's most recent report card

  • Copy of your child’s latest Standardized Test Scores

  • non-refundable $100 registration fee (per child, with a maximum $200 registration fee per family)

  • $500 new family tuition deposit.

Once accepted (K-6), the following materials are required prior to the start of the school year:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

  • Copy of Immunization Records/Health Inventory Forms (included in the application packet)
