We are Committed to the Safety of Children

Here at St. John the Baptist Catholic School and Parish, we take thorough and reasonable measures to assure that school and parish employees and volunteers are committed to providing a safe environment for children and youth, are capable of identifying and preventing abuse of children, and have no personal history of behavior that would be a threat to children.

All adult persons (those 18 years of age or older), whether clergy, members of consecrated life, or laity, as employees or volunteers, are required to "get badged."

The requirements for this process include the completion of online training and background checks prior to their first day working with our students.
